Our primary product lines include
Patient identification solutions including patient ID wristbands for admissions, alerts, blood, labor & delivery, pediatrics, disaster response, outpatient and emergency room purposes, as well as companion labels to support Positive Patient ID and patient safety initiatives. In 2005, St. John broadened its offering of patient identification solutions with the acquisition of Bio-Logics Products, the only wristband manufacturer to introduce the concept of “24 x 7 Patient Identification” and consolidated wristbands. This innovative solution provides the ability to immediately re-band patients at bedside, increasing patient safety and ensuring that your patients are wearing a band and are identified during their entire stay. The Bio-Logics patient ID band gives users the ability to combine admissions, alert and blood bands into one ID band providing a safer, more comfortable and more cost-effective method of patient identification.
Printed and “computer-printable” labels for every department, including lab, pharmacy, nursing, central services, medical records and imaging. St. John introduced its own brand of sterile labels in 2006 to support the JCAHO requirement that all items in the O.R. be sterilized.
