Since the 1970's thousands of hospitals have used insert style wristbands as their primary choice for positive patient identification. Whether you choose vinyl or tri-laminate materials, we offer you the choice of Adult, Adult/Pediatric or Infant sizes.
Simple to implement - Whether you choose to write on, or place a label onto the insert card, simply insert the card into the pocket to protect the patient data.
Vinyl style insert wristbands have a clear pocket to facilitate excellent first time bar code read rates.

Adhesive, clasp or readjustable closure – when choosing your wristband, you can select either an adhesive, clasp or readjustable closure. Some facilities like the adhesive closure bands since they are easy to use and do not require a separate clasp. Those locations preferring a more permanent closure may opt for a band with a secondary clasp that is secured through pre-punched holes. St. John’s unique wristband clasps are color-coded and/or embossed to enable hospitals to implement individual or multiple color coded alerts and warnings into a single wristband. |
